Webstore
Kuldlelu (Finnish business ID 2873201-9, VAT ID FI28732019) sells products to adults worldwide. Prices shown in webstore include VAT (Value added tax) when sold to Finland and European Union area. Registered and logged in customers outside European Union (EU) will get discount at checkout as orders outside EU don't include european VAT.
We keep right to change prices and delivery costs at any time.
Ordering
You can order products by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for them by coing to Checkout. All personal information will be handled with confidence. We do not use your contact or delivery information for any other purposes than to deliver your order and to resolve any problems with your order if needed, unless stated otherwise. When ordering from webstore, you are required to read and accept our current terms and conditions.
Paying
Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard)
Paying with Debit or Credit card in our store is safe and easy. We accept card payments through Bluecommerce (Finland only), Stripe and Paypal. We always process your debit/credit card information by using secure connections. We do not save your credit card information, such as credit card number to our webstore. You may choose to save your credit card information for faster payments later with payment processor you choose.
Paypal Payments
Paying with Paypal in our store is safe and easy. Payment is processed by Paypal Inc. We always process your payment information using secure connections. We do not save your credit card or other payment information to our store. You may choose save your payment information for faster payments with Paypal service, if you choose so.
You can also pay with Debit/Credit card by using Paypal.
Bank Payments (Finland)
You can pay your order through any Finnish bank through bank payment button. When you are about to pay your shopping cart with bank payment, you will be forwarded to your bank where you will give your user ID and password and accept payment straight from your bank account. After paying you will be returned to our webstore. Payment will show in your account statement as Verifone, since they handle bank payments for our behalf.

Order Confirmation
After succesfull payment, we will send Order Confirmation to your email. (Requiring that you have provided your email address to us).
Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery costs depend on products, their size and weight and delivery method that you have chosen. You can check delivery costs and available delivery methods at any time by going to your Shopping Cart and choosing "Estimate Shipping & Taxes"
We will deliver your order as untracked or tracked shipment, depending your choosing at checkout. Only tracked shipments can be tracked while being delivered.
Our current delivery methods:
- Priority mail, Without Tracking. (Orders over 50€ will always have tracking)
- Tracked priority mail, We will give you link to track your oder.
- Packet, we will give you link to track your order.
- Express, we can delivery your order to you with FedEx or DHL Express
Delivery time
Depending on delivery method you have chosen, our estimated delivery times are as follow:

These are estimates only, and they do not include our processing time.
We are not responsible for any delays such as Customs process, or force majeure-situation such as bad weather, strike etc. If we are aware of any delays that may affect delivery of your order, we will inform about any such delays in our front Page.
We are not responsible for any losses that late delivery may cause.
Return and Cancellation terms
You have the right to cancel your order (fully or partially) within 14 days after you have received your order. If you have bought Digital items such as downloadable products, you have been asked to waive the right of return or cancellation so that we have been able to deliver your downloadable product before end of right to return period.
If you choose to cancel, or partially cancel your order, you need to notify us by using our Returns Form, or by emailing us to email address : info ( at ) kuldlelu.com.
After notifying us, you need to return the product(s) within 14 days of Notify of Return. Product(s) need to be in original condition and in original packet. Cost of returning products are responsibility of the Returner. If product(s) have been used, or they are not in original packaging we hold the right to charge you for decrease of product value.
If you want to return or change products after 14 days have passed from receiving your product(s), please contact us first.
When you are returning product(s), please include your name and contact information. We will return the payment in fully in 14 days after giving Notify of Return, if product(s) have been returned, or they have provably given to carrier to be shipped back to us.
All product(s) to be returned must be carefully packed.

Unclaimed packet
Not claiming your shipment from carrier (such as Postal service, DHL etc.) is not considered as cancellation. If you have not made any Notify of Return to us, we will charge customer in full both Shipping and Return costs.
Other problems?
In case your order has gotten lost, or damaged during transported or it in other ways don't mach your order, you need to inform us about it within 14 days by contacting us through our Contact Us-Form or email.
If packet has damaged while in transport, you need to make a complaint to your Post office.
